Janice's Squash Casserole
Janice'S Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. squash, 4 to 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled, 1 large diced onion, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil squash and onion in salted water until squash is tender. Drain and mash.
Add eggs, butter, crumbled bacon and drippings. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put in greased casserole dish.
