Heat to warm the milk, 1 cup water, salt, honey and butter. Pour into the large bowl.

Add 2 more cups flour.

Stir well.

Add 1/2 cup flour.

Put 1/2 cup flour on table.

Knead dough.

Let it rise until double in bulk, then knead and cut dough in half.
