Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 lb. sliced, cooked polish sausage and 1 lb. large frozen shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large Dutch oven, melt butter.
Saute onion in butter for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Blend well. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until rice is tender and liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf and serve.
