Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. shortening, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 c. or more raw duck, chicken or turkey giblets, ground, 1 1/2 c. hot water and 2 chopped white onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt shortening in large skillet.
Add flour.
Cook and stir on low heat until dark red-brown.
