Italian Stuffed Mushrooms
Italian Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 30 medium size fresh mushrooms, 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley, 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/4 c. commercial italian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
Remove mushroom stems and finely chop; set caps aside.
Combine chopped mushroom stems, cheese, parsley and Italian dressing in a bowl, stirring well. Spoon mixture evenly into reserved mushroom caps and place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
