Italian Sausage and Zucchini

In a large skillet, heat oil and brown sausage.
Add onion and cook 5 minutes.
Remove accumulated fat.
Add tomatoes, zucchini, lemon juice, salt and oregano.
Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and lots of crusty bread.
