Italian Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk italian sausage, 1 tbsp. fresh mint, 2 pieces crumbled bread, 1/3 c. white wine and olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soak the bread pieces in the wine; set aside.
Combine the Italian sausage, eggs, mint and bread.
Form into 24 meatballs. Brown the meatballs over high heat in a skillet, lightly greased with olive oil.
