Italian Meat Balls
Italian Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground veal, 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs and 1 clove garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine beef, pork, veal, bread crumbs, garlic, pepper, eggs, milk, basil and parsley.
Mix well.
Shape mixture into meat balls, 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Preheat ungreased skillet for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Saute meat balls until evenly browned. Remove as they brown and add to hot spaghetti sauce.
With meat balls in spaghetti sauce, simmer, covered, over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes.
