Italian Chicken
Italian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large fryer, cut up and 3 or 4 irish potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Wash chicken and salt and pepper it and put garlic powder to taste.
Arrange chicken in a large baking dish with skin side up. Dot with butter and sprinkle 1/3 cup flour over all.
Cover bottom of dish with water.
Bake uncovered in 400Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
Turn chicken over and add potatoes that have been peeled and quartered.
Add 1/2 cup of water and cover. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
