Made with 4 c. broccoli florets, 1 small red onion, sliced and separated into rings, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained, 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms and 3/4 c. reduced-fat italian salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, onion, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
Pour dressing over vegetables; toss to coat.
