Italian Broccoli
Italian Broccoli is an easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. broccoli spears (frozen), 2 tbsp. olive oil, 4 tbsp. butter, 1 clove garlic and 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Partly defrost broccoli.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter.
Cut garlic in half and saute until golden.
Remove garlic; spread broccoli in a single layer in pan.
Saute, turning gently for 10 minutes, until tender.
Arrange in heatproof serving dish.
Sprinkle with cheese; place under broiler for 1 minute. Serves 6 to 8.
