Italian Beef(Made With Venison) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. venison roast, 12 bouillon cubes, 4 tsp. italian seasoning, 4 tsp. fennel seasoning and 8 pepperoncini peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place roast on top of stove and cover with water.
Let boil. Place bouillon cubes in pot and boil approximately 3 hours or until tender.
Pull all meat off bone and shred.
Place meat back into broth mixture and add Italian seasonings, fennel seasonings, pepper and pepper juice.
Cook for 1 hour more or until broth is barely over the meat.
Extra water may be needed during boiling.
