Italian Baked Chicken
Italian Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 egg, 2/3 c. italian bread crumbs (progresso), 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese and 4 or 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a small bowl, blend sour cream and egg; set aside.
In a medium bowl or shallow pan, mix bread crumbs and cheese.
Dip each piece of chicken in sour cream mixture and then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat completely.
Place chicken in a lightly oiled shallow baking pan.
Bake until chicken is tender, about 45 minutes.
Serves 4.
