Irish Soda Bread
Irish Soda Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 c. seedless raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Into bowl, sift flour, soda and salt.
Add caraway seed, sugar and raisins.
Mix melted butter, beaten eggs and buttermilk; stir into flour mixture.
Form into a round loaf; place in round 2-quart pan.
With a knife, cut a cross on top of loaf.
After removal from oven, rub top with butter while still warm.
Cool; wrap in foil.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 1/4 hours.
