Irene's Baked Schrod
Irene'S Baked Schrod is an moderately easy dinner. Made with fillet of cod (about 3/4 lb.), 1 tsp. lemon juice, dash of worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and 3 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Marinate cod fillet in a mixture of milk, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of salt and pepper.
Remove after an hour.
Blend paprika with oil and brush on fish, then roll in bread crumbs.
Put fish in baking pan.
Brush with butter and pour over wine.
Bake in hot 375Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
Do not overcook!
