Indonesian Pork
Indonesian Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork roast, salt and pepper, 1 c. hot water, 1/4 c. molasses and 1/4 c. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place metal rack or trivet in bottom of slow cooking pot. Sprinkle pork roast with salt and pepper.
Put trivet in pot; pour hot water around pork roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until done.
Remove meat from pot.
Place on broiler pan or ovenproof platter.
Combine molasses, mustard, vinegar, marmalade and ginger.
Brush oven cooked pork.
Brown in 400Β° oven for 30 minutes, brushing several times with sauce.
