Indian Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, eggs, soda and salt. Carefully add hot coffee, a little at a time, so as not to cook eggs. Add hot water and melted butter.
