Hungry Boy'S Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. 👨‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°.

Brown beef.

Stir in celery, bell peppers and onions and cook until glazed.

Drain off excess grease. Stir in pork and beans, catsup, water, salt and garlic salt until well blended.

Pour into a casserole, reserving 1/2 cup of bean-meat mixture.

Place casserole in oven for 10 minutes while preparing the biscuits.

Arrange biscuits, without centers, on the casserole.

Spoon reserved bean-meat filling in the center holes of each biscuit.

Put biscuit holes over the top of the casserole. Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
