Hungarian Goulash
Hungarian Goulash is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 lb. beef chuck or round, cut in 1-inch cubes, 1 c. sliced onion, 2 small garlic cloves, minced and 1 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large skillet, heat oil.
Add beef, onion and garlic; cook and stir until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Stir all other ingredients and 1 1/2 cups water; cover and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Blend flour and 1/4 cup water; gradually add to goulash.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Serve over noodles.
