Hungarian Goulash
Hungarian Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. stew meat, 1 onion, minced, 1 1/2 tsp. paprika, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat in a little oil.
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and vinegar.
Add to dry ingredients.
Blend with meat and onion.
Add 1 cup of water.
Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
Blend flour with other cup of water and add to meat mixture.
Stir until thickened.
Serve over cooked noodles.
