Hungarian Goulash
Hungarian Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. rump roast, 2 large onions, 4 cloves garlic, 2 tsp. paprika and 2 fresh tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut meat into cubes; brown in heavy ovenproof pot in a little olive oil.
Remove when browned.
In same pot, slow flame and brown onions and garlic.
Add paprika.
Chop tomatoes and red pepper; add with carrot, also chopped.
Return the meat to the pot.
Prepare gravy mixes according to directions; pour over the meat.
Bring to boil.
Cover pot and bake in a 300Β° oven for approximately 2 hours.
