Hot Seafood Soufflé
Hot Seafood Soufflé is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, crusts removed and diced, 2 c. crab or shrimp, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 onion, chopped and 1 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place half of the bread into a greased baking dish (9 x 12-inch).
Mix seafood, mayonnaise, onion, green pepper, celery, almonds, salt and pepper.
Spread over the bread.
Add remaining bread over mixture.
Mix eggs and milk and pour over.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
Take from oven.
Pour mushroom soup over top (with a little cooking sherry). Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake 1 hour longer at 325°. Serves 12.
