Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 envelopes yeast, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add all dry ingredients except 3 3/4 to 4 cups flour to large mixing bowl.
Add water and oil that has been heated to 120° to 130°; mix well.
Add egg.
Mix well.
Add enough of the 3 3/4 to 4 cups of flour to make a smooth dough, but not sticky.
Mix well; knead dough for about 7 minutes.
Grease large bowl; place dough in bowl, turning once to grease both sides of dough.
Cover; let dough double in size.
Punch down; knead dough with hand for about 1 minute, then turn onto floured surface.
Roll out; cut with biscuit cutter and dip half of roll into melted butter.
Fold over; pinch shut and place on greased baking dish.
Cover.
Let raise until doubled, about 50 minutes.
Bake in oven at 375° for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
