Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar in a pan.
Cook on high heat; stir until it comes to a hard boil.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Let sit 5 minutes.
Skim off foam with metal spoon.
Pour quickly into jelly glasses.
Seal with lids while jelly is still real hot.
