Hot and Sweet Mustard
A double-boiler mustard with bite: dry mustard steeped in cider vinegar overnight, then cooked with eggs and sugar into a glossy sweet-hot spread. Excellent on ham.

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.
Cook over low heat, whisking constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Cool and pour into container.
Store in refrigerator.
Yields approximately 2 cups.
