Hot And Spicy Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. chopped fresh tomato, 2 tbsp. chopped onions, 2 medium cloves garlic, minced and 4 tsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In medium saucepan, cook green pepper, tomato and onion with garlic in oil until tender-crisp.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook for 25 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir occasionally.
