Honey-Dijon Chicken
Honey-Dijon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 to 3 leeks, chopped and 1/3 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown chicken in skillet about 10 to 15 minutes in oil.
Add butter and leeks; saute with chicken until leeks are tender.
Take out chicken; set aside.
Add wine, salt, pepper and mustard.

Add whipping cream; stir constantly for about 1 to 2 minutes (sauce should be smooth).
