Honey Almond Granola
Honey Almond Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. oatmeal, uncooked, 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1 c. slivered almonds, 1/4 c. honey and 1/3 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oats in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan in a preheated 350Β° oven for 10 minutes.
Combine oats, sugar, wheat germ, coconut and almonds.
Stir until well mixed.
Add oil, honey and vanilla to dry mixture and stir well.
Now, bake in pan, stirring every few minutes, until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool in pan. Serve as a cereal, topping for pudding or ice cream.
Store in a tightly covered container in refrigerator.
