Sprinkle chicken with flour; dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
Add chicken and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Remove to platter and keep warm.
In same pan, saute almonds until lightly toasted (1 to 2 minutes).
