Homemade Pie Crust
Homemade Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1/2 lb. lard (yes, lard!), 1 egg, 5 tbsp. water and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix flour and lard together until consistency of corn meal. Mix egg, water, vinegar and salt together and add to flour mixture.
Mix well.
Roll out on floured board.
Mixture will be soft, but easy to manage.
Makes two 9-inch pies.
