Holiday Potato Dish
Holiday Potato Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 lb. potatoes, cooked and drained, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove skin from potatoes and shred into bowl.
Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter until tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in soup and cream.
Pour over potatoes and cheese; mix well.
Turn into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cover.
Refrigerate overnight. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons butter.
Bake at 350Β° for hour. Garnish with pimento and parsley. Serves 12.
