Holiday Potato Dish
Holiday Potato Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. unpared potatoes, cooked and drained, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Remove skins from potatoes. Shred into bowl. Saute onion in 1/2 cup melted butter until tender. Remove from heat.
Stir in soup and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes and cheese.
Mix well. Turn into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with corn flakes and drizzle with 3 tablespoons butter.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour. Garnish with pimento and parsley.
