Holiday Eggnog
Holiday Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. brandy, rye or bourbon, 1/3 c. jamaican rum and 2 c. heavy cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add sugar, slowly stirring in brandy and rum.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream and milk.
More milk can be added if you care to have a very thin eggnog.
Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
