Holiday Eggnog
Holiday Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. rum or 1 to 2 tbsp. rum flavoring and 1 qt. light cream (20%), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl, beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add sugar and salt, beating until thick and lemon colored.
Stir in rum and cream.
Chill at least 3 hours.
