Herbed Cheese Omelet
Herbed Cheese Omelet is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 tsp. sour cream, 1/4 tsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine eggs, water teaspoon ground white pepper; stir with a wire whisk or fork until blended. Heat a 10-inch heavy skillet over medium heat until hot enough to sizzle a drop water.
Olive oil and butter and rotate pan to coat bottom.
Pour egg mixture into skillet.
