Bring water to a rapid boil with salt; gradually stir in grits with fork.
Cook until all water is absorbed.
Stir in margarine; little by little carefully add Scramblers, cheese, garlic and cayenne pepper.
Place into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
