Healthy Supper
Healthy Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey or super lean ground beef, 1/2 head cabbage, shredded, 3 to 4 large carrots, sliced thin, 1 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 c. minute rice, uncooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook meat in large pot.
Add rice, bouillon (dissolved in hot water) and seasoned salt and stir.
Add cabbage, onions and carrots.
Cover and cook slowly until cabbage cooks down and carrots are tender.
Can be simmered for an hour and left unattended.
Serve with soy sauce, if desired.
Serves 4 to 6.
