Healthy Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground turkey, 3/4 lb. extra-lean ground beef, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs and 1 tbsp. tomato purée or catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 375°.
Spray loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients. Spread evenly in pan.
Bake about 1 hour or until no longer pink in center.
Drain immediately.
