Healthful Homemade Nuggets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks, 1/2 c. olive oil, 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced, generous grinding of fresh pepper and 1 c. fine bread crumbs for dredging, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Marinate chicken pieces in olive oil, garlic and pepper for approximately 30 minutes.
Pour off marinade.
Mix bread crumbs with cayenne.
Lightly dredge chicken pieces in mixture.
Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 475Β° for 15 minutes.
Run under broiler for extra browning.
