Health Bread
Health Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 2 3/4 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. molasses and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine boiling water, molasses, salt, oil, raisins, wheat germ, oats and bran; cool.
Add softened yeast.
Stir in whole wheat flour and 2 cups white flour. Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough.
Knead until smooth.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 1 hour).
Punch down; divide in half.
Shape into loaves.
Place in greased loaf pans.
Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake about 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
