Prepare greased heavy-duty foil (can use the same piece more than once, just spray with
Pam after used).
Heat sugar, syrup and butter over low boiler, stirring often. When starts to bubble, peanuts, using candy thermometer, and boil until a little above hard crack level.
Turn heat off and add baking soda and stirring quickly; will bubble up. Pour immediately greased spread out evenly.
Let cool completely; break into pieces.
