Hasenpfeffer
Hasenpfeffer is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 rabbit, dressed, 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1/4 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cut up rabbit into serving size pieces.
Dredge in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Brown in hot cooking oil. Remove the meat, add flour to the pan, followed by 1 cup water and the meat, onion, bay leaf and garlic powder.
Stir, cover and simmer until well done.
Stir in the sour cream and heat again, but do not boil.
