Harvey Wallbanger Cake
Harvey Wallbanger Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (2 layer) orange cake mix, 1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. cooking oil and 1/2 c. galliano wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix.
Add eggs, oil, orange juice, Galliano and vodka.
Beat on low speed for 1/2 minute, then on medium speed for 5 minutes, scraping bowl frequently.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan (Bundt).
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Or, pour into two 9-inch greased and floured pans and bake only 30 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove to rack; pour glaze on cake while it's still warm.
