Ham with Pineapple Sauce
Ham With Pineapple Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 to 6 lb.) fully cooked boneless ham, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 1 c. catsup and 1 c. pineapple or apricot preserves or orange marmalade, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325°.
Place ham on rack in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 to 2 1/4 hours until done.
Meanwhile for sauce, in medium saucepan cook onion in margarine until tender, not brown.
Stir catsup, preserves and dry mustard.
Heat through. Brush sauce onto ham before serving; pass remaining.
Serves 16 to 24.
