Ground Beef Stroganoff
Ground Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In skillet saute beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender, breaking up beef with fork.
Stir in the flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in bouillon and mushrooms and stir over medium heat until mixture is thickened and boils.
Reduce heat; stir in sour cream.
Cook 5 minutes (do not boil).
Serve over noodles (I prefer rice).
