Ground Beef Potato Supreme Casserole
Ground Beef Potato Supreme Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 2 lb. frozen hash browns, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 tbsp. salt and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw potatoes.
Combine all ingredients, except cornflakes and margarine.
Stir well.
Melt margarine in 1 large or 2 medium casseroles.
Pour in potato-ground beef mixture.
Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top.
Dot with 1/4 cup margarine.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
You may have to put a piece of foil on top toward the last 1/2 hour to keep the cornflakes from getting too brown.
