Ground Beef Cordon Bleu
Ground Beef Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 tbsp. vegetable flakes or seasoning to taste, 8 thin slices canadian bacon or smoked ham, 8 "finger-sized" strips swiss cheese and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Add seasonings to beef; mix well and divide into 8 equal portions.
Form into 8 patties 1/4-inch thick.
Place a slice of bacon on each; add a slice of cheese.
Roll each portion, sealing all edges.
Roll in flour.
Brown in skillet with small amount of oil (or Pam).
Place browned rolls in baking dish.
Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the meat rolls.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Bake, covered, for 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with egg noodles, rice or potatoes.
