Ground Beef Casserole
Ground Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef *, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. chili powder, 2 tsp. cumin and 1 tsp. salt (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef; drain.
Add onion, chili powder, cumin and salt.
Layer meat mixture as first layer in 9 x 13-inch pan, then layer in following order: beans, tortillas, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Ro-Tel tomato juice, mushroom soup (undiluted).
Top with chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350Β°.
