Grits Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. quick grits, 1 stick margarine and 1 roll garlic cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring salted water to a rolling boil and slowly stir in grits. Cook until thick (about 3 minutes), stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in margarine and garlic cheese until melted. Put eggs in cup; beat well, then add milk to make 1 cup.
Add to grits mixture.
Bake in greased 2-quart casserole at 350° for about 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
