Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Grilled Baby Back Ribs is an easy dinner. Made with charlie's choice seasoning salt and baby back pork ribs (from sam's), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Strip the membrane from each rib slab by running a paring knife under a corner of the membrane, grasping it with a dry paper towel and pulling it off in a single motion to the end of the rib slab.
Salt each slab sparingly on both sides with "Charlie's" 30 minutes before grilling.
After grilling, separate ribs by cutting through the meaty portion between each bone.
